That's right we had another earthquake. This one was no where nearly as strong as the last one. It was also off the northern coast of Honduras but was only a 5.7. It happened about 11:30 last night. I happened to still be awake, and I was getting up to go the bathroom. As I was doing this I heard a weird rumbling noise, and it sounded like it was moving towards the house, the effect was something like when you hear tress moving in the distance due to the wind, and the sound grows closer and closer as that particular breeze reaches you. In fact I thought that perhaps that was what I was hearing, though I was thinking that it had to be a very strong wind (which is abnormal for where we live) because was very loud and more like a rumble rather than rustling trees. As I was listening to the noise and getting out of bed I suddenly felt dizzy as I stood up. I figured that perhaps I had gotten up to quickly, however I then began to hear things rattling in the house and I could see that our clothes were swinging on their hangers.
Praise God though there was no damage from this earthquake, or at least nothing major that I have heard of or seen in the newspapers. However do please continue to pray for Honduras as those who were affected by the big earthquake are still in bad conditions as help has been slow coming and the government does not have the resources to help the victims either. We are currently trying to get in communication with a woman that we know that lives in the Port of Cortes (it was hit hard by the earthquake) in order to see if there is anyway that we can help her or others that were affected. - Eulogio
